3. Service Charges
All services are chargeable as per the rates displayed at the time of availing the service.
Charges include service fees, government portal fees (if applicable), and convenience charges.
Payments once made are non-refundable, except in cases of duplicate transactions or errors from our side.
4. Payment is Mandatory
“A 50% advance is mandatory to start the project. The final 50% payment will be collected upon successful completion of the work. ” As per your payment work accordingly.

Silver Shine Services is not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as server downtime or verification delays from government departments.
7. Refund and Cancellation Policy
No cancellations are accepted once an application is processed.
Refunds are applicable only if the service is not initiated due to a technical issue or error from our end.
Any refund will be processed within 7–10 working days after verification.
8. Privacy and Data Security
All customer information is kept strictly confidential and used only for service-related purposes.
We comply with applicable data protection laws to ensure your data remains secure.
9. Limitation of Liability
Silver Shine Services acts only as a facilitator.
We are not responsible for any decision, approval, or rejection made by government authorities.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.
